It lists the fastest Fan Dance times with The S.F. Experience, by category, with each finisher's name, time and the country they represent.

What are the Fan Dance categories?

+

Loadbearing is the weighted category: 35lbs for men, 25lbs for women, plus Masters 25lbs for over 50s and Grandmasters 25lbs for over 60s. Clean Fatigue is the open category, again with Masters (over 50s) and Grandmasters (over 60s) classes.

How much weight do you carry in the Fan Dance?

In Loadbearing, men carry 35lbs; women, Masters and Grandmasters carry 25lbs. Clean Fatigue is the open category without the set weight. You supply your own boots and rucksack or bergen, plus the kit to reach the weight for your category.

The route is 24 kilometres over Pen y Fan, which stands at 2,907 feet (886 metres). You climb it twice: straight from the start, and again on the way back up Jacob's Ladder.

How do I get my time on the Fan Dance leaderboard?

+

Book a Fan Dance with The S.F. Experience and finish the route. Results go up on the leaderboard after each event.

Are there prizes?

+

Yes. First place prizes are given in each category for male and female participants and for team entries, and every finisher receives a custom TSFE Fan Dance medal and certificate.
