Essential Land Navigation has been created by Jason Birch to bring the professionalism and effectiveness of The S.F. Experience events to a local level and to allow the general public the opportunity to receive the training required to improve or introduce Navigation skills, enabling each individual to reach their goal. The training packages will also help all patrons of TSFE perform at a higher standard and be better equipped physically and mentally on any TSFE event.
Jason Birch is former UK Special Forces and has spent his life trekking in the mountains of the UK and around the world and has a wealth of experience from both the military and as a civilian. He founded the S.F. Experience in 2013 which hosts the original SAS Fan Dance march and the elite Loadstone series among others.
All courses are set to beginner level and are designed to give all participants the practical knowledge that will not only enhance your outdoor skillset but will also give you the full confidence to roam in the outdoors safe in the knowledge of your new found skillset.

WEEKEND TICKET COST: £125 (£50 for 12-16yrs)
Learn the art of navigation. This is an indepth weekend focused on Map, Compass and Navigation. The course will arm you with the essential skills and confidence to navigate yourself or indeed a group across the hills safely and efficiently.
- In-depth weekend covering theory and practical elements to give you full confidence in self-navigation
- Limited places permitted per course.

- Under 16s welcome at a reduced rate (Must be accompanied by a full paying adult).

PERSONAL ONE-TO-ONE
LAND NAVIGATION
Personal One to One Outdoor Preparation & Navigation training
With over 30 yrs experience both in the British military Special Forces and also undertaking worldwide expeditions I will provide bespoke training to suit your specification, time schedule and budget.
Typical packages include:
• One day Personal Navigation or bespoke prep training – £245
• Two days of either of the above or a combination – £365
• 3 or more days £negotiable
These costs include full days i.e. 0900hrs to 1700hrs.
Discounts for 2nd person.
